The Status Quo and Countermeasures of Uranium Resource Ezploitation in Jiangzi Province
Jiangxi province is abundant in uranium resources; the uranium supplied by it plays a significant role in the development of Chinas nuclear industry. With the increasing investment in nuclear electricity, the demand of uranium, with no doubt, will be on the rise, which provides a great opportunity for the exploitation of uranium resource in Jiangxi Province. However, there exist some problems in the industry of uranium exploitation in Jiangxi Province, such as lack of enough reserve prospecting, brain drain, coarse exploration and environmental pollution. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems, proposes some countermeasures.
