Study on the Countryside Land Utilization System Reform of the Pearl River Delta and its Industry Development Plan in Practice
Through investigating on the countryside land utilization system reform of the Pearl River Delta (Canton prov.)and its industry development actuality. This paper analyses that it is confronted with the mostly handicaps including the problems of plan lag, law and rule wanting, as well as market collocation and management idea behindhand. It expounds the land resource urgent is the bottleneck for restricting the Pearl River Delta development. It explains China is still a representative of the dual economic structure; howeve, there is a quite difficult for China industrialization mission in future. This study explores the countryside land use system reform and realize the urban_rural as a unification under the condition that hold on Chinas red line of 18 hundred miliom Mu plantation, it is meaningfull for economic and social sustainable development of the Pearl River Delta.
