Study on Reconstruction of Operation Flow Based on Customer Service
Customer-oriented operation flow reconstruction is necessary choice of enterprise to survive and develop. Enterprise must be supported by a set of method with advanced theory and feasibility when implementing BPM. This thesis integrates value factors of three levels of strategic execution, operation flow and enterprise informatization and puts forward customer service-oriented operation flow reconstruction and thoughts about construction of new values on customer service.
