The Revenue Sharing Contract with Two SubstituTable Products: Coordination and Limitation

In a two-stage supply chain that a retailer carries two substitutable products which are supplied by two non-competitive suppliers, this paper establishes a RS model and an idiographic strategy which coordinate the supply chain is presented. Moreover, a improved strategy is given because the RS model does not coordinate the supply chain with the demand which depends on costly retail effort. The two models also consider the price-sensitive, random demand, randoM supply and the retailers attitude toward stock risk.
