Establishing an Ecological Compensation System on Mining Ezploitation in Jiangzi Province

In the recent years, with the rapid development of economy, ecological problems due to the exploitation of mineral resources in Jiangxi province started to emerge. This article first introduces the ecological issues caused by mining industry in Jiangxi province, then theoretically analyzes the importance of Ecological Compensation Mechanism for Minerals Resources Development of Jiangxi Province, at last, a solution of establishing Ecological Compensation Mechanism for Minerals Resources is proposed, which includes developing a financial supporting system of Ecosystem Compensation of Mineral Resource Development, establishing and completing the laws and regulations of Ecosystem Compensation of Mineral Resource Development, identifying a scientific method of checking Compensation fees of Ecology for Mineral Resources Exploitation, and processing several critical relationships in ecological compensations of mineral resources.
