Reform and Innovation Legitimately Focused on Regulation and Governance on Equity Ownership of Chinese Mineral Resources
Scientific and efficient exploitation of resources, as well as environmental protection and the intensive use of mineral resources has become the one of the most important issues to be resolved in Chinese reform on property rights of mineral resources. This article focus on exploring the means to settle the problems in four aspects: make clear property rights of mineral resources, continue to improve the compensation regime for the mining of mineral resources, deepen the reform of mining circulation system, and improve legislation. Only in this way can harmonious development of mineral resources be achieve to benefit the government, mining enterprise and individuals.
