Forecasting of Climate Changes in the 21st Century and its Influences on River Basin Planning
Climate changes will have the profound influence on the development of human society, and even threaten the survival of human society. Because Yellow River is located on the area sensitive to the impacts of climate changes, so climate change results in the basin hydrological changes, even new situations which didn t happen in the past. The potential impacts and countermeasures are studied in the paper with the deep understanding of the climate change forecasting by Chinese scientists.
