RCP-based Water Resources Operation System of the Wei River Watershed
The paper gives an introduction to the water resources operation system of the Wei River watershed. The system consists of data platform and model system, which is composed of water inflow prediction model, water demand prediction model, water resources operation model and dualistic water cycle simulation model. The system, adopting the new RCP/Server software development scheme, realizes both friendly UI and functions of complicated model calculation and data management. Meanwhile, it also presents part of the results during the establishment of 2008 water resources operation plan. The successful development of the system is able to greatly enhance the scientificalness of water resources operation of the Wei River, and thus reduce the workload of water resources operation.
