Study on Water Allocation of Replaced Water from Yellow River Based on Projection Pursuit Model
Part of water diverted from Yellow River will be replaced by the Middle Route project of South-North Water Transfer, and water allocation is a typical decision problem of multi-goals and multi-regions, it is necessary to consider comprehensively factors of society, economy and environment. Projection pursuit model is proposed to the probleM with its merits of turning multi-dimensions data into one dimension space, seeking the optimal projection direction by accelerating genetic algorithm, then the allocation can be gained resulted from projection value. By the way of calculating, water allocated to the provinces are as follows:Qinghai 3. 3×108 m3,Sichuan 0.3×108 m3, Gansu 3.9×108 m3,Ningxia 2.6×108 m3, Inner Mongolia 3.9×108 m3. Shanxi 6. 1×108 m3,Shaanxi 6. 3×108 m3, Henan 3. 9×108 m3. The model provides us a new method and thought for water allocation with its clear thought, simple calculation, and the question of objective weight coefficient can be avoid effectively.
