Discussion on the Countermeasures to Solve the Problem of Water and Sediment Fluzes Decrease of the Yellow River into the Sea
Due to the decrease of water and sediment fluxes from the Yellow River to the Sea, the watercourse section shape in estuary is changing, land ecosystem is shrinking, coastline is eroding, and offing marine zoology has been affected a lot and the fish correlative to the Yellow River reduces greatly. In order to realize the benign maintaining of estuary ecosystem and sustainable development of marine eco environment, besides ensuring the minimum runoff to keep the healthy life of the Yellow River, there is still enough water and sediment fluxes from the Yellow River to the sea to provide nutriment for marine ecosystem. So this paper puts forward proposals as follows; ① to strengthen the unified management mechanisms of the Yellow River main streaM projects; ② to promote the construction of water-saving society; ③ to increase water resources management; ④ to speed up the process of building South-North Water Transferring Project.
