Technical Study on Formulation of Reservoir Ecological Operation Plan
In the thesis, in the face of the problem that there is no formulation technology for ecological operation plan among the current reservoir operation systems in China, an idea based on the analysis of the influence of current reservoir operation modes onto ecological environment that taking the ecological norms for reservoir operation as the guiding principles for reservoir ecological operation is got. And a proposal that the ecological environment-oriented reservoir operation mode is put forward in combination with the current beneficial and flood-control operation technologies Then, the technical framework for formulating a complete reservoir ecological operation plan is established. In addition, the thesis, on the basis of the analysis on the Biliuhe River Reservoir, concludes that the probability of ecological water supply is greatly increased.
