Managing Yellow River by Using the Three Sorts of Water Resource of White Water and Green Water and Blue Water

摘要：

Conservation and restoration of the vegetation in the Loess Plateau is the key measure of managing Yellow River, because all problems of Yellow River exist at the Loess Plateau. And the shortage of water resource is the restrictive factor of the conservation and restoration of the vegetation in the Loess Plateau. This paper thinks that it may work out this probleM by using the three sorts of water resource of virtual water and green water and blue water. And it may work out all problems of Yellow River if the other measures are taken too.
