Study on Integrated Management Institution of Yellow River Basin
Integrated river basin management is a kind of advanced management model, which takes the targets of sustainable utilization of water resources. The main problems faced by Yellow River Basin are not only the natural factor, and more serious problem of the deficiency of institution. Insufficient institution becomes the bottleneck, which restricts the integrated management of Yellow River Basin and achievement of sustainable development. Through analysis of existing status of Yellow River Basin, integrated management of Yellow River Basin is the fundamental solution of maintaining the healthy life of Yellow River and the achievement of a long and peaceful reign of Yellow River Basin, so the relevant laws and regulations, water rights and water price system, water and soil conservation system, environment compensation system, and etc. are the preconditions of achieving integrated management of Yellow River Basin. The last, concerning the features of Yellow River Basin, institutional frame of Integrated Management for Yellow River Basin is proposed.
