Study on the Evaluation of Equilibrium Degree for Human-water Game

This paper is a theoretical research on the relationship of human and water in the human-water harmony. By analyzing the feature of game of human-water relation, the paper proposes the concept of human-water game and introduces its theoretical frame briefly. As to the evaluation of human-water game, a human-water game model is founded. Through the solution of the model and the judging standard of equilibrium, the concept of equilibrium degree and its calculation method are given as well in the paper. Taking the City of Zhengzhou and its three-year data of equilibrium as an example, we have come to a conclusion that the equilibrium degree in 2000 is higher than that of 1995 and 2005, which matches the equilibrium degree of that year, reveals the rationality of the calculation method and also clearly reflects the interaction of human and water.
