Discussion on Control Scheme of Ningzia-Inner Mongolia Section of the Yellow River

摘要：

Basing on the analysis of actuality of river channel projects in Ningxia-Inner Mongolia section of Yellow River, this paper indicates that the regulation object and scheme of this section should be different from the ones of lower Yellow River. It is proposed that raising, strengthening and protection of dikes and layout adjustment of dangerous works should be insisted on. Meanwhile, different opinions about Qinhe River are also put forward. As a core, the author suggests that reasonable regulation schemes and objects for different sectiones of a river or different rivers should all be established according to different particularities and requirements.
