Estimate Study on the Indirect Values of Wetland Ecosystem of Lake Hulun
Based on the Lake Hulun wetland resources character, the economics theory and method are applied in the paper on the base of investigation and experiment to analyze the asset value type of the wetland resources and to evaluate the indirect values in Lake Hulun wetland. The conclusion can be drawn that the total indirect values of Lake Hulun wetland is RMB 9. 10 billion yuan (US $ 1.32 billion), among which the value of water storage is RMB 7 986. 40 million yuan (US $ 1 160.48 million), the value of with fixing CO2 and releasing 02 is RMB 252.10 million yuan (Us $ 36. 63 million), the value of water quality decontamination is RMB 3.11 million yuan (US$0.45 million) and the value of conservation of biological diversity is RMB 859. 57 million yuan (US $ 124. 90 million). Only when we make use of the wetland resources rationally and protect the wetland eco-environment and carry out the assets management of the wetland resources in Lake Hulun wetland can the sustainable utilization of the wetland resources be realized and the sustainable development of the regional economy around Lake Hulun wetland be guaranteed.
