Application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) in Environmental Evaluation of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Irrigation Project
Irrigation project plays important roles in social economy and providing grain for ever-growing population, however, various adverse impacts also successively occur simultaneously. Environmental impact assessment (EIA for short) system has played important roles in coordinating Chinese economic development and environmental protection. With the deepening of study and practice of environmental impact assessment, concept of environmental impact assessment is extended and theory, method system and management mechanism of environmental impact assessment are gradually perfected and developed. In order to promote sustainable development of irrigation project, it is imperative to introduce environmental impact assessment system into irrigation project. Aiming at complexity of irrigation project and adverse environmental impacts, this thesis analyzes and concludes factors of irrigation project on environmental impacts and establishes fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive assessment model, which have guiding significance on design and construction of irrigation project.
