Initiative Security System in Digital Yellow River Project

摘要：

In the context of Digital Yellow River Project(DYRP) and its requirement to upgrading security of the computer network. Initiative Security System (ISS)for DYRP was designed and successfully built up a holistic security-ensuring system for YRCC s computer network and numerical applications by integrating computer science technologies and management approaches in perspectives of physical environment, information securing, practicing, and administration, with intention of upgrading the network security for the sustainable development. The time has seen that ISS facilitates the information exchange and sharing, guarantees implementation of DYR, and makes economic profits by lowering the loss incurred by computer network failures.
