Application of Multi-objective Grey Association Degree Decision Model in the Yellow River Basin Water Conservancy Project Investment

Water conservancy project investment decision systeM is a typical grey system with the characteristic of information part uncertainty of grey system. This study combines grey system theory with fuzzy theory organically, calculates judgment matrix and establish model with grey association degree analysis method and applies it to practical investment decision, which provides a kind of effective decision approach for decision maker. Based on the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics and grey system, applying the concept of grey association degree in grey systeM theory, the authors put forward grey association degree model, put forward the method of multi-objective grey association degree comprehensively assessing the Yellow River water conservancy project development and investment decision, introduce the basic principle of the method, and establish multi-objective grey association degree decision model in this paper. The practical examples indicate that the method is reasonable and feasible.
