Preliminary Discussion on the Content of Water Resources Meticulous Management of the Yellow River in Henan Reach

摘要：

In recent years, preliminary achievements were made in the water resources meticulous management of Henan Yellow River by keeping exploring and developing. Based on the experience summed up in the practice of meticulous management, this paper expounds the guiding ideologythe of the water resources meticulous management, puts forward the main contents including: water planned allocation, real-time water regulation, discharge measurement, daily management, diversion control, sedimentation reduction, supervising and examination of water regulation, water-drawing permit, emergency, and annual check.
