Sediment-laden Capacity Calculation of Non-uniform & Non-equilibrium Transport of Suspended Load: the Yellow River as an Ezample

摘要：

The study is based on a research of suspended-load gradation in non-uniform & non-equilibriuM transport (NNT), and carried out conformity analysis between the laden-capacity of sediment mixture and the actual sediment content in light of available data in stem/branch stream of the Yellow River. The result indicates the difference between laden-capacity gradation and the suspended-load gradation in NNT, and the former is better in illustration of the sediment loading-more-and discharging-more nature of the stem/branch of Yellow River, meanwhile show the regulatory effects of river-bed sediment on sediment transportation.
