Study on the Effect of Climate Change on Regional Crop Water Demand
Climate change has much influence to the globe, at the same time, it has effect on the development and utilization of the regional water resources. This paper studies on the effect on regional crop water demand under the climate change. Firstly select a irrigation requirement computing model which meets the demands of the water resources planning. On the selection of downscaling model, this paper analyzes the different characteristics of dynamical downscaling and statistical downscaling, and then chooses the statistical downscaling model based on conversion function method. Through analysing the change of the irrigation water demand of crops under the future climate, we can get the influence of the climate change to the irrigation water demand of crops, and base on it, as Zhengzhou for example, through analysing the change of the irrigation water demand of wheat and maize in zhengzhou area under the future climate, we can provide decision based on Zhengzhou water resources planning and management.
