Research on Treatment of Bath Wastewater with Coal Fly Ash Based Coagulant
Treat bath wastewater with coal fly ash based coagulant that has been immersed with acid. We compare the turbidity and COD of fresh water with raw samples. From the experiment, we know that the best conditions of making coal fly ash based coagulant are as follows: Take coal fly ash (It has been sieved with a standard sieve (Aperture is 0.070mm.)) about 10g. Add H2SO4 (Concentration is 1mol/L and volumes is 18mL) and then react about 2h under the conditions of 50℃. The result of disposing of bath wastewater is best under such conditions. We study effects of disposing bath wastewater at the same time. The best conditions of disposing of bath wastewater are as follows: The dosage of coal fly ash based coagulant is 10g/L. pH is 5. Then agitate it for 2min under the rate of rl=270r/min. Then agitate it for 5min under the rate of rl=120r/min. So, coal fly ash is the best raw material of making coal fly ash based coagulant.
