To adapt the needs of storm water pipe network optimal planning, this article apply theory and methods of systems engineering for storM water pipe network, upgrade pump station etc, as a whole to discuss, bringing the total economic benefits of the best, to this end put forward the mathematical model of storm water pipe network optimal planning.
