Ezperimental study of the settling sludge in secondary sedimentation tank supplying for MBBR

摘要：

Moving bed biofilm process produces a relatively small amount of sludge, without sludge return device, during the process of continuous operation, suspended carriers in the reactor continuously experience the cycle of biofilm colonization, mature and detachedness, which leads to the declination of the suspended sludge amount in the reactor. In this paper, we find a new method to supply the activated sludge through experiments, namely, take the settling sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank, then cultivate and acclimate it alone. After a period of cultivation alone, when the COD removal rate reaches 60-70%, SV reaches 30-40%, put the sewage sludge into the reactor for acclimation till biofilm colonized successfully in carriers.
