Study on preparing municipal sludge unfired bricks

摘要：

This paper introduce preparing unfired bricks with municipal sludge, Huanghe river silt, coal gangue, grain slag and cement. We compare preparing unfired bricks with dried sludge and fired sludge. Then through compounding the raw material experiment and combining with the effect of the content of fired sludge and grain slag on compressive strength, finally when the mass percent of the silt of the Yellow river, coal gangue, municipal sludge, grain slag, cement are 6wt%, 4wt%, 30wt%, 50wt% and 10wt% respectively, the best bricks with 30.82MPa compressive strength can be gotten. It surpass 25 level of compressive strength in national standards of autoclaved sand-lime brick (GB11945-1999).
