Water Resources Security Assessment
Based on the concept and meaning of water resources security, indicators are selected and they form the water resources security assessment system. The water resources assessment model based on SVM is established. Water resources security standards are divided into five grades, i.e. good, safe, critical, unsafe and dangerous. Taking the 11 cities of Shanxi Province as examples, sample sets are formed by stochastic method according to water resources security standards and its grade values. 180 samples are used for training to 5 two-class support vector classifiers. 20 samples are used for testing and all of which can be classified corrected. The indicators of the 11 cities are used for forecasting, grade of water resources security of each cities are gained. The results show that the algorithm is reasonable and feasible.
