Research on the Industrial Pollution Control in Haihe River Basin
In 2007, the discharge amounts of industrial wastewater, COD and NH3-N is 24.37×108t, 64.11×104 t and 5.12×104t respectively in Haihe Basin. The contribution rates of industrial pollutants are different in each province and city within the watershed. Besides, the structural pollution is outstanding, and the exceeding-standard discharge of pollutants is pervasive. The problems existing in industrial pollution control are analyzed in different aspects, such as industrial pollution sources monitoring, local industrial water pollution discharge standards, industrial wastewater harness level, industrial development technology and spatial distribution of industrial structure. Considering laws and policies, economic growth, technology level, industry standards, industrial structure and other factors, four industrial pollution control schemes have been designed, including industrial discharge reaching the standards, raising industrial pollution discharge standards, forcing the closure of enterprises and industrial structure adjustment, from which, the scheme of forcing the closure of enterprises can control the discharge amounts of COD and NH3-n to the greatest extent, with the reduction rates of pollutant controlling discharging reaching 75.5% and 68.2%.
