Water Pollutants Total Volume Control on the Basis of the Dynamic Integrated Division--Taking ZWN Sub-basin as an Ezample
HAINHD integrating the two similar function zones (water function zone and water environmental function zone) into one integrated water quality zone with protection at high standard, and dynamic calculating the water environment capability on the basis of the integrated function zones in ZWN sub-basin, providing the possibility to design the scheme for the shortterm or long-term pollutants reduction for different function zones.
