Enhancing Integrated Management of Water Resources & Environment in Haihe River Basin by Improving Relevant Policies, Laws and Regulations

摘要：

Through examining current policies, laws and regulations governing the management of water resources and water environment in Haihe River Basin, the paper is intended to identify and analyze major problems in relevant policies and regulations, clarify policy and regulation obstacles to the administration, as well as put forth suggestions on how to improve the integrated management as required in the objectives of GEF Haihe river project.
