Applications of KM Management Tools at County Level in Integrated Water and Environment Management Project
In order to improve the integrated management capacity of water resource and environment on county water conservancy and environment departments, GEF-Hprojects construct water resource management tool, water environment management took the integrated management tool of water resource and environment. The above county management tools provide county water conservancy and environment departments with water resources and water environment(including surface water and groundwater) of information management and analysis services, water permit and pollution discharge permit integrated management services, SWAT simulation and analysis services. These services of co5nty tools achieved information exchange and sharing between water conservancy and environment departments, increased county water conservancy and environment departments of water resources quantity and quality of analysis and management capacity, strengthened inter-sectoral cooperation, enhanced the county integrated water resources and water environment management capacity.
