The River Ecological Function Change and Its Restoration Strategy of Haihe River Basin

The ecological functions of Haihe river basin have gone through five stages: perfect, complete, weakening, loss and restoring gradually, but generally there is no fundamental change in the river ecological functions. Based on the actual situation of Haihe river basin, the paper divides its ecological functions first, and then determines its restoration target and layout. On the basis, it provides the calculating principle and method of ecological water demand in plain tract and finally gives ecological restoration measures accordingly.
