The Influence of Adjusting Agricultural Management Mode on the Regional ET

In order to estimate the potential performance of agricultural real water-saving in the Tongzhou district of Beijing, this paper constructed a distributed hydrological model application tool, based on the SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)model. The proposed model was calibrated and validated by comparing the calculated evapotranspiration (ET) values with the remote sensing ET data. The comparison results show that the coefficients of the determination R2 of calibration and validation are 0.619 and 0.674 respectively, which is verified to be within the acceptable level. This paper also carried out three scenario analyses by changing the agricultural management modes and analyzed the variation of simulated ET under the scenarios of different crop planting structures and corresponding irrigation methods. It is found that practices of changing crop planting structure and strengthening agricultural management can control Et effectively, which provides a powerful tool for managing the water resources of Tongzhou district, Beijing.
