Research on Institution Reform Strategies of Integrated Management of Haihe River Basin Water Resources and Water Environment

摘要：

The present thesis starts with research on the integrated management systems of water resources and water environment of Haihe River Basin, points out the systemic obstacles in the integrated management of water resources and water environment of Haihe River Basin by analyzing the current status of those management systems, and proposes institution reforM suggestions for strengthening management of water resources and water environment of the basin so as to provide effective institutional guarantee for realizing integrated management of water resources and water environment of Haihe River Basin.
