Study of adaptive improvement on the electrical submersible pump in CBM cluster wells
The sucker rod pump has problems of eccentric wear between sucker rod and tubing pipe, and low pump efficiency during the process of production in CBM cluster wells. And those problems seriously affect continuous and stable running of production. Although, the electric submersible pump can avoid problems mentioned above radically when it is applied in the CBM cluster well. According to the production feature of CBM cluster wells; this paper has carried out a series of adaptive improvements of the ESP. Those improvements include displacement reform, passing capacity reform, process of deepening setting depth of pump reform, technology of anti-gas research and so on. With the above improvement, the ESP technology could be a set of perfect technology for the production of CBM cluster wells.
