Approach to Development for Chinas Satellite Communication
1.Four stages of Chinas Satellite Communication Development During the past four decades, Chinas satellite communication experience four development stages: introduce and initiate satellite communication, rapid growing, decreasing and promoting harmonic development of satellite industry. 1.1 Introducing and initiating satellite communication (1972-1989) The earlier using satellite communication system was beginning from former US president Nixon s first visit China in 1972.FroM that time China built satellite earth station to establish international telecommunication network leasing satellite capacities from Intelsat. Until earlier 1990, most of international telecommunication traffic was transmit through satellite system, some time even high to 80%.
