The 4-stages of Integrating for Math-course with IT

We do Educational ICT. We have a lot of ideas, systems and softwares,etc.. But who will use them? Teachers! The successes depend on teachers mostly. We have many hammers,but where the nails? In the teachers pockets! We have to learn from teachers such as how they work, what they like to use and their habits. People like to use ball pen and email,but why some teachers dont accept the ICT tool we have provided? Researches and teaching practices have shown that the process for successful integration of mathematics curriculum and information technology are consisted of such four stages generally: (a) Starting to accept information technology:Teachers like to use It only because their work load could be lighted, (b)Changing the teaching method: Teachers use IT to do some things dreamed but could not do before, (c)Innovating the content of teaching: Teachers can do some creative work to their surprise or do not dare to think before, (d) Teaching model transformation phase: Teachers are willing to lead students do mathematics under the IT environment together.
