Specification of a Telework Model: A proposal

摘要：

This paper portrays a model about telework phenomenon, in order to establish the relationships among telework related issues. Unlike previous works our approach relates aggregated aspects of Telework in three dimensions that are: social, economical, and environmental scope. Partial least squares path modelling is used to describe the relationship among the variables related to telework. A model of telework has been obtained and the specification of latent and manifest variables is described, jointly with the association between constructs and blocks of indicators (formative and reflective).
