Empirical Study on the Linear Structure Relationship of CSI Model and its SAS Progress

It is discussed in this article the principle of the linear structure relationship (LISREL) for the typical model of customer satisfaction index. Based on a real case study in the measurement of the customer satisfaction index of 10 top commerce enterprises in Beijing, this article provides you with an empirical study on the LISREL approach and its SAS progress associated with partial leastsquares regression (PLS) method for solving the path analysis problem on customer satisfaction index measurement Additionally, it is discussed in this article a general model about how to analysis the effectiveness of the cause variables vs the result variables by controlling the effectiveness of some mid-variables.
