Multi-objective Optimization Model of Reliability Design for Large Planetary Transmission System
The safety performance requirement of large planetary transmission working under complex conditions is very high. The result of conventional design method is too conservative because of too much consideration on safety. Based on planetary gear transmission, this paper proposes a multi-objective model for reliability design of large machine. It takes gears main parameters-tooth number, tooth width and module as random variables, considers the engineering design characteristics of restriction and multi-solutions, establishes mathematics model. Reliability analysis & calculation is carried out and multi-objective optimization is made in the Matlab software with active set method. Compared with the traditional design method, the method proposed gives a new idea for design of larg-e planetary transmission system.
