Development of 900 Tonnage Rubber-tyred Full-hydraulic Driving Gantry Crane

The development of 900 tonnage gantry crane is brought forward for the first time in the world, including six subsystems design and calculation of running, steering, suspension, lifting and hanger adjusting and steel construction, which well satisfies the requirements of lifting and transporting the concrete box beam. With the fullhydraulic driving, the closed hydraulic control running subsystem and the hydraulic suspension supporting way, various tire groups in the systeM evenly and self-adaptively bear the loads according to the road condition changes. The whole control system, with the distributed control strategy of three layers network framework, characterizes stability, reliability and strong anti-interference. The development of this equipment will bring a broad prospect to meet the demands of high-speed railway construction as well as other traffic constructions in the whole world.
