Dynamics Simulation of Spur Gear Pair

摘要：

This paper builds a purely torsional vibration dynamic model of a single gear stage involving timevarying mesh stiffness and backlash. Dynamic simulation analysis was performed for this model using the ANSYS software, and get the dynamic contact force of single gear during the whole meshing process, which establish the foundation for further analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system, and analysis of several factors that affect the contact force.
