Flow-Saturated Resistant Control Simulation of Load-Sensing System

Aiming at solving the problem that the load-sensing system can not distribute flow proportionally under condition of flow-saturated, a control method, also Flow-Saturated Resistant Control, is proposed based on pressure difference control strategy and a comparison analysis with respect to the hydraulic system is carried out with the help of co-simulation of AMESim and Simulink. The simulation results showed that the load-sensing system improved by flow- saturated resistant control can realize proportional flow distribution that is independent of load.
