A Research on the Reliability Data Analysis and Management System Based on Failure Information

The current research, based on after-service failure information, explored reliability data analysis and management system, for the purpose of recognizing the regular longevity of wheel loader products. By this, differences on reliability between home-made wheel loader products and the imported ones was excepted to be investigated, and effective measures for the reliability promotion of the home-made products were looked for. Detailed analysis was made on wheel loader as a whole and its components in the light of repairable system and irrep-airable system. Furthermore, relevant analyzing programs were presented for automatic model-checking and modelchoos-ing. Finally, some corresponding evaluating methods were provided for the practical needs of manufacturers.The system had been applied in a major manufacturer at home, the efficacy of which had been proved to satisfy the manufacturers needs. Whats more, the system could provide an accurate an-d timely analysis, and had become one of the most fundamental, urgent, and economical approaches in current reliability research project.
