Research on the New Mizing Technology of the Asphalt Miztures Mizing Equipment
(0) The new asphalt mixtures process form has the intermittent compulsive type and the continuous rollers type by the process flow. According to the differences of roller structure and agitating methods, the recycled asphalt mixture processing which refers to the new asphalt mixtures process forM has four types: continuous rollers type, intermittent compulsive type, dual level roller type and two series connecting rollers type. The intermittent compulsive asphalt mixture regenerating machine with two parallel connection rollers which developed by Institute of Engineering Machinery of Shandong Jiaotong University and Jiangsu Junma Roller Machinery Co.Ltd is patent product. Based on the long-distance monitoring of GPS, the asphalt mixtures Regenerating machine has primary characters in some aspects: rollers structure, heating method of the new or old mixtures, agitating method and the control pattern. The Regenerating machine will apply well for asphalt pavement maintenance. The process flow of recycled asphalt mixture integrate the advantages of all the present agitating equipments and form a new kind crafting, and can be regarded as the fifth type of the agitating method.
