Construction and Practice of Traction Property Matching Theories for Full Hydraulic Bulldozer
In this paper, for the working conditions and the exiting energy efficiency problem of the traction chassis engineering machinery, such as full hydraulic bulldozer, a method of traction property matching theories was presented and discussed. This method combined many research results such as chassis components performance simulation model and machinery-ground theories, with systematic, parametric and modular concept, to adapt to complex and ever-changing characteristics of the traction load, environmental and intelligent research needs.With System Integration Analysis Thought, diwersified model line and prototype test,the optimization of the chassis for full hydraulic traction drive based on the environmental characteristics of the ground was realized. The theory applied to National Key Technology R&D PrograM in the 11th Five year Plan The development of new generation of high-performance full hydraulic bulldozer, optimized the matching of full hydraulic bulldozers SD10YE traction property and was verified by experiment.
