Research on Hydraulic Regenerative System of Hybrid Loader

Based on the frequent starting and stopping operation characteristics of the loader, an energy saving scheme with parallel hydraulic hybrid system and the selection criteria for main components are proposed. Based on the advantage of high power density of hydraulic accumulator, the regenerative braking strategy and energy reuse strategy are designed using logic-based threshold method. Simulation results show that the parallel hydraulic hybrid loader can recovered and reused the braking energy of the loader and improved the dynamic performance and reduced fuel consumption effectively.
