Strength Analysis of Mine Tipper Carriage under the Action of Road Load

In this paper,a strength analysis method of mine tipper carriage under the action of road load using the finite element method is introduced and analyze a certain type of mine tipper carriage using this method. Studies the stress distribution of carriage under the action of road load and analyze the effect for the value of all kinds of road load of the carriage brace stiffness. This paper can provide basis and guidance foe mine tipper carriage design. Research shows that the stress level of the carriage is not high under the action of various road loads. The carriage brace (simulate as spring) stiffness has very obvious effect for the value of road load.
