Structure Reliability Study Based on Element-free Method

Based on the study of the element-free Galerkin method and the perturbation method, a research method for structure reliability was proposed. The proposed method only needs the nodes information instead of the connection of the nodes to elements, its not necessary that the material point should coincide with the meshless nodes; it was not controlled by elements. The increased material point did not augment the number of solving function. Using the local-orthogonal basis function, it is to be escaped to invert matrix > and its derivatives have general expression, succinct and clear, it is also convenient to program. Having the fast convergence and not increasing the number of the unknown quantity. This method is used to analyse the reliability of structure with stochastic parameters, the computational examples show that the proposed method is correct and high effectiveness. Provide a new method for the problem of structure reliability.
