Research on the Coatings Property by Plasma Spraying and Laser Re-melting

Plasma spraying and Laser Re-melting technology are applied aiming directly at materials and its surfaces that have special performance. We investigated and analyzed coating performance by SEM, XRD, the intensity microscope, the pull experiment machine and the abrasion experiment machine, from which we know that AT-13 plasma spraying coating is super to Q235 steel in density, hardness, the combined intensity with basal body and the wearable capability. Moreover, coating that re-melting by laser has been improved dramatically in hardness, the wearable capability and the combined intensity with basal body compared with AT-13 plasma spraying coating.
